    Module Objectives

    Module 1

    Review key business architecture fundamentals required for application in a business or organizational enterprise.

    Module 2

    Utilizing the Taxi Co case study, learners will apply business architecture fundaments & diagnostic capabilities introduced in Module 1 to identify the Taxi Co business problems experienced in customer service. 

    Module 3

    Create a strategy map to effectively identify issues, and roadmap objectives & sub-objectives for addressing and resolving the business problems.
