Corporate Social Responsibility

ConverseLink is fostering a culture of social responsibility from the offset. Whether its using our platform to bring world class information technology instruction to far flung reaches of the world, providing dynamic career development services for students and interns, or supporting important symbols of historical significance, we aim to play a small part in improving the livelihoods and enjoyment of others.

We have started by supporting two outstanding charities that reflect our social responsibility vision.

Giving back by creating more tomorrows for children

One way we plan to effect change is by supporting the David Foster Foundation, an incredible non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing financial support for families going through the life-saving organ transplant process.

Over the past 29 years, the foundation has assisted over 1,000 families with children in need of major organ transplants and provided much needed dollars in direct family support. We find this truly inspiring and in keeping with our commitment, ConverseLink will make a contribution of US$5.00 to the David Foster Foundation for every online course sold in Canada and the US.

Helping to restore the birthplace of television

Alexandra Palace is situated in North London, UK and recognized worldwide as the birthplace of television. It was from this elevated site in 1935 that the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) leased the eastern part of the building and transmitted the very first public television program.

Tomorrow's Ally Pally

The passage of time and two tragic fires have taken their toll and the Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust has undertaken an ambitious plan to regenerate the eastern end of the Palace comprising the BBC Studios and the Victorian Theatre, as well as the glazed East Court in which a new and more welcoming public entrance hall will be created.

To play our part in restoring this architectural gem loved by millions, ConverseLink will donate US$5.00 to the Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust for every online course purchased in the United Kingdom.
