Satinder Chera, MBA

Satinder Chera is a public affairs executive with over 16 years of progressive experience in corporate communications and marketing, government relations and B2B partnerships. Chera has served as a member of various boards and committees, including the Small Business Agency of Ontario; Chair’s Consumer Advisory Roundtable, Ontario Energy Board; Small and Medium Enterprises Committee, Ontario Securities Commission; Canadian LabourWatch Association; and the Finance and Audit Committee of the Mississauga Community Foundation. Chera received his MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, MA from the University of Waterloo and BA (Hon.) from the University of Toronto. Petter Hansson, MBA

With over 16 years of international experience across Europe and North America, Petter has a strong Strategic, Analytical and Executional background spanning various functional areas such as Production, Research & Development, Business Development, Product Management, and Service Delivery in the healthcare sector at Getinge Group and most recently at Aramark. As Senior Regional Technology Manager with Aramark, Petter is responsible for service delivery, innovation and client retention for high end medical imaging at key hospital accounts for Aramark Canada Ltd. Petter holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Krysten has extensive experience in both sales and marketing, and is particularly passionate about helping companies devise strategies that are aimed at achieving significant top-line growth. She is a digital marketer and brand strategist who has a love for all-things tech. With a degree in psychology, as well as an MBA from Ivey Business School, she leverages her deep understanding of both human behavior and business dynamics to ensure that ConverseLink is delivering an unparalleled experience for its customers.

 

Tim Keenan, MBA

Tim Keenan

Strategic, multidisciplinary entrepeneur and tech executive with an eye for innovation and drive for execution. Tim has built a vast array of companies in Tech, Real Estate and HR and although his skill sets are vast, his greatest expertise revolve in the areas of strategy, finance and communications. Tim’s goal is to combine knowledge and experience to deliver the best innovations  and value to companies, clients and shareholders. Tim holds a B.comm from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of business at the University of Western Ontario. Originally form Windsor, Tim now resides in Toronto.

 

 Ranjit Sarai, MBA

 

As the Head of Digital Strategy and Mobile Payments at President’s Choice Financial, Ranjit Sarai is responsible for creating the long-term vision and roadmap for the bank’s digital channels. In addition, Ranjit is also responsible for spearheading the bank’s initiatives within the emerging digital commerce space. Prior to his role at PCF, Ranjit was the Director of Mobile Banking at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). As the mobile banking evangelist, Ranjit was instrumental in helping position CIBC as a leader in the space with the launch of several key mobile-first initiatives. Ranjit frequently speaks at fintech conferences and has chaired international working groups on mobile financial services. Ranjit has also co-authored whitepapers on the wallet opportunity for FIs and advises Fintech startups in navigating the evolving emerging payments landscape. Ranjit holds a Software Engineering degree (B. Eng.) from Concordia University in Montreal as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey School of Business (Western University) in London, Ontario.

 

 Jordan Halpert, MBA

 

Jordan is a financial services veteran with over 11 years of progressive experience at multiple firms in the sector. He has developed strategies and implemented large change initiatives across a wide array of functions that include Marketing and Product Management, Customer Experience, and Channel Strategy. Jordan is currently leading organic growth for the Canadian market at American Express. Jordan holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. 

 

Dr. Amy Wehner 

Dr. Amy Wehner is a creative problem solver, enthusiastic about the integration of technology in educational programs. With a PhD in educational technology, she has spent the last 10 years investigating how technology can enhance the learning experience. She is experienced in designing large and small scale learning programs in a variety of fields including academia and corporate banking. She has extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, analysis, and instructional design that she uses to create programs that improve the feeling of presence in online learning in order to increase engagement and support learning outcomes.

Amy's accomplishments include the creation of an online language learning program that incorporates the use of social virtual worlds to bring together language learners from different parts of the world to engage in authentic, real-time conversation. She has also designed, developed, and delivered change management programs for implementing corporate workplace strategy. Amy has experience in training trainers and teachers, and program development and management. Amy holds degrees in Business Administration, Spanish, Fine Art, and Educational Technology. She loves photography and art is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
