Skills such as application development, project management, security and big data, cloud computing top the list as recruitment forecasts for 2016 mirrors Converselink's market research. Demand for certain skill sets will continue to outstrip supply and while many sectors in the economy see a downturn or stagnation in wages, Converselink expects IT Professionals with the right combination of skills to see the reverse.
